ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

Maialino is a new Roman-style trattoria in Gramercy Park from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, located at the Gramercy Park Hotel. Serving lovingly prepared Roman-style cooking from Executive Chef Nick Anderer, the menu draws its inspiration from the classic dishes found throughout Rome and features fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Greenmarket and local farms. Designed by Rockwell Group, Maialino captures the warmth and comfort of a traditional Roman trattoria, re-imagined for present-day NYC.

Maialino is open throughout the day, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner; Bar Maialino serves as a coffee bar in the morning and offers the complete menu throughout the day.
